Staff were wicked friendly, always greeting me with a smile. The bed in my room was massive and comfy, a total surprise. Just a short walk to the mall for food and drinks. Could use some better breakfast options, though.

I stayed for 8 nights, and my experience was marred by several issues. The rooms showed inconsistency in size and amenities, which was quite frustrating. The lack of late check-out options unless paying extra felt like a poor policy, especially for longer stays.

The hotel is perfect because it’s attached to a mall where we dined at great restaurants. We also enjoyed some downtime planning our next adventure by surfing the web. The staff are friendly and arrange transportation when needed.

One downside was that the hotel doesn’t serve breakfast, but they did offer vouchers for a nearby spot.

Just an ideal choice for a city holiday in Iligan with great value for money. The air conditioning worked well, making our stay comfortable. Bring your own snacks as the lobby has no free water bottles.
